Our restaurant wants to respect the ancient Roman culinary tradition by offering the opportunity to enjoy the traditional flavors of our cuisine in all their authenticity.

The menu that we offer includes many specialties to choose from and above all, the typical dishes of the capital, such as the Ham cut by hand accompanied by Buffalo Mozzarella and Artichokes “alla Giudia”.

Among the main courses do not miss our Tonnarelli, with Lobste, with Cacio e Pepe (cheese and pepper) or rather with Octopus and Pecorino.

Another first "intriguing" course are Tagliolini with Chicory, Rosemary and Pecorino. Among second courses our pizzas cooked in a wood oven deserve special attention, and for dessert we recommend the cakes home made.
